Hi, I’m Erica—a Communications Manager and Creative Director with a foundation in graphic design. Originally from Maryland, now based in Jacksonville, Florida, I bring over a decade of experience leading creative strategy across communications, marketing, and public affairs.
I’ve spent my career shaping stories that matter—from supporting USAID with high-level government audiences to leading creative work at Edesia Nutrition, where I help translate a global mission of ending malnutrition into clear, compelling communications. Whether it’s building campaigns, designing for impact, or guiding cross-functional teams, I focus on work that moves people—and drives results.
I thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with designers, writers, and strategists to bring ideas to life.
Outside of work, I’m a proud dog mom, an aunt to six, and I've had the opportunity to visit 24 countries.
