In January, the Data Analysis, Graphic Design and Media teams came together to form the Creative Digital Team (CDT) as part of the office restructure. The newly-formed CDT has forged ahead in defining the new team despite the challenges of remote work while continuing to provide stellar service and support in their respective technical areas. The team was instrumental in the early days of COVID-19 in helping initiate database changes to streamline office responses to new reporting requirements, and continue to look for ways to innovate and meet the evolving needs of USAID's Office of Transition Initiatives country programs.
